1. Rice - 1 cup
2. Eggs - 4
3. Cabbage - 1/4 cup
4. Carrot - 1/2
5. Capsicum - 1
6. Ginger - 2 teaspoons finely chopped
7. Garlic - 1 teaspoon finely chopped
8. Onion - 1 and 1/2 cup
9. Light Soya Sauce - 2-3 teaspoons
10. Green Chilli Sauce - 1 teaspoon
11. Pepper Powder - 2 teaspoons
12. Salt to taste
13. Chilli Powder -1/2 teaspoon (Optional)
